He brings strategic insight and hands-on expertise across a wide range of business verticals, with a strong focus on value creation through scaling operations, ensuring financial sustainability, and planning for succession.
As a trusted Virtual CFO to businesses, Mr. Aggarwal provides end-to-end oversight on finance, taxation, and regulatory compliance. His advisory services extend globally, supporting investors and companies from the USA, Germany, Sweden, China, Turkey, and Turkmenistan.
He has led critical assignments including the development of back-end financial controls on Oracle 9i for a Fortune 500 company and served as the Fraud Detection and Risk Auditor for two consecutive years at BCI, the largest bank in Mozambique. CA Parul Agarwal is a Chartered Accountant with over 22 years of experience in finance, risk advisory, regulatory compliance, and project financing. She has worked on SOX compliance and ERP implementation across global markets, including the development of financial systems and IT-enabled compliance frameworks. Her expertise includes designing backend financial controls, reconciliation systems, and delivering functional training on enterprise financial platforms.
She is involved in the planning and execution of infrastructure and manufacturing projects, along with overseeing corporate compliance for companies and LLPs. She additionally leads Virtual CFO engagements, delivering comprehensive financial and compliance oversight for growing businesses across sectors such as healthcare, manufacturing, and non-profit organizations.
